Specifications

-Each ziplock bag comes with 100 pre-assembled zerk in nylon packer with 1 nylon set tool

-The zerks are US spec Thread 1⁄4 x 28 SAE LT Hex size 5/16 Yellow Zink

-The packer and set tool are made of quality nylon

-The set tool is designed to allow the force required to hammer the packer into the

drill hole so that the zerk is not damaged

-Each bag is 29oz/825g – 10 bags to a case(12”x12”x6”) 18lbs/8.25kg
-The pressure rating is 3,000 psi depending on the quality of the concrete.

Note: for higher pressure ratings and better adhesion, coat the bottom sides of the packer with polyurethane. This will allow for the packer to bond with the concrete and close small cracks around the drill hole before injection
