CDS Return Policy

• All product returns must be accompanied with a packing slip or invoice (digital copy accepted)
• Product(s) must be in resellable condition and not expired
• Special Orders must be pre-approved prior to any return acceptance
• Custom manufactured products are Final Sale
• All returns are subject to inspection & approval by CDS and/or manufacturer
• No returns will be accepted after 90 days from purchase date

 

Restocking Fees - Stock Product(s)

• 30 Days: ALL Restocking Fees Waived
• 31-60 Days: 15% Restocking Fee
• 61-90 Days: 20% Restocking Fee

Restocking Fees - Special Order Product(s)

• 30 Days: 15% Restocking Fee in addition to any manufacturer restocking and freight fees
